We spotted these woolly jumpers in Mongolia during an 8 day horse trek through the Orkon Valley , some 500km west of Ulaan Baatar. Unfortunately the bigger sheep seems to have lost his front left leg somewhere along the way. Our local guide said that wolf attacks are frequent in the area and that Mr Sheep was lucky to get away alive!
Later we actually found a horse savaged by wolves. I took a picture, but I think it might be a bit too graphic for Am I Nearly There Yet.com! But let me know if you want to see it.. 😉
