One of the main highlights of our Mongolia trip was staying with the nomads and nomadic families out in the countryside. We’d previously heard that the friendliness of the nomadic people in Mongolia was one of the country’s best attractions!

During our stay at the Matha Amrithanandamayi Ashram, we had queued up and received our hug from Amma, a living, breathing spiritual figure. Now with our hugging experience complete, we could settle in more and relax into the day to day living at the ashram.
